Access Defense Fund
The New Mexico Off Highway Vehicle Alliance’s Access Defense Fund was established to help support NMOHVA’s goal of promoting responsible OHV recreation through education, safety training, land conservation and access. The Fund is funded and sustained through voluntary contributions. The intended uses of the fund include:
- Contributions to support legal actions undertaken by NMOHVA and other organizations in the support of continued access to our public lands.
- Communication on public land access issues that are of interest and importance to NMOHVA and motorized recreation community in New Mexico.
The NMOHVA Board of Directors administer the Access Defense Fund. Contributions from entities other than NMOHVA members are welcome and subject to acceptance by the Board of Directors. Contributions may be sent to:
