The New Mexico Off Highway Vehicle Alliance (NMOHVA) awarded it first Lifetime Achievement Award to Joanne Spivack at its 2008 Annual Meeting. Joanne has been on NMOHVA’s Board of Director’s since its inception.

While Joanne is stepping down from the Board of Director’s position with the recently completed election, she plans to continue her invaluable role in helping train and educate NMOHVA’s members and looks forward to narrowing her focus on local motorized recreational access issues.
