NMOHVA Establishes Access Defense Fund

The New Mexico Off Highway Vehicle Alliance has established an Access Defense Fund. The Fund will be used to support legal actions undertaken by NMOHVA and other organizations working for continued access to our public lands, and for communication on public land access issues that are of interest and importance to NMOHVA and the motorized recreation community in New Mexico. The fund will be sustained solely through voluntary contribution. NMOHVA is a 501c3 organization and contributions are tax deductible.
